Der Chronograph Ref. 227 ist heute bei mir eingetroffen. Vorab möchte ich mich ausdrücklich für die persönliche Betreuung in der Abwicklung meiner Bestellung bedanken. Sie haben mich per Email an jedem Schritt teilhaben lassen, was ich als sehr vertrauensvoll empfunden habe. Die Uhr in meinen Händen übertrifft meine Erwartungen, die ich durch die Abbildungen im Internet gewonnen hatte. Ein Chronograph, der sich in seinem klaren Design und tadelloser Verarbeitung deutlich abhebt.

Lieber Herr Schempp! Nach Jahren völliger Uhrenabstinenz habe ich lange nach einer schön designten, aber nicht überladenen Fliegeruhr gesucht.

Die Uhr gefällt mir nicht nur wegen ihres reduzierten Designs von Tag zu Tag besser, auch die Laufruhe und Genauigkeit ist absolut top. Die Uhr ist wirklich ein "Sahnestückchen"!

Ich bin überrascht, wie schön diese Uhr ist. Die Funktionalität vergibt ein besonderes Prädikat. Auch bin ich begeistert von der Leuchtkraft, i.V.m. der Farbe Blau. Insgesamt eine tolle Uhr, die mich nunmehr für die Wartezeit entschädigt. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass ab sofort die IWC / ROLEX u.a. noch mehr Zeit auf dem Uhrenbeweger verbringen müssen, da diese außergewöhnliche Uhr sicherlich überwiegend am Handgelenk ihren Platz finden wird.

Die Uhr habe ich jetzt mittlerweile über 3 Monate, habe sie annähernd täglich im Einsatz und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem guten Stück! Sowohl die Verarbeitung als auch die Gang-Genauigkeit der Uhr übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Komlipment für dieses gelungene Stück! Die Uhr avanciert zu einem meiner "Dauer-Lieblingssstücke" in meiner Uhren-Sammlung!

…. nathan enjoys his watch very much; every time he goes flying he is sure to be wearing it! infact, many other occasions too he proudly wears the watch and it is very surpriseing how so many other people take notice to the time piece and comment. on at least two other occasions people has asked " is that one of those special martin schempp watches"? and neither individual were involved with aviation!

Hello Walter,
The Schempp chronograph arrived earlier this week in perfect condition. Thank you for packing it so well.
The watch is beautiful and actually fits my small wrist very well. I normally wear a 38 mm watch and I was concerned about the 42 mm size of this watch, but it is comfortable to wear and looks normal despite its overall size.
The face is especially well designed and I have always felt that a black face with light hands was ideal for visibility. The watch is handsome, bold, yet understated. I like the mix of the stainless steel and the chrome portions.
You are a terrific designer and carry forward the creativity of your father.
